Lori * how do you get your dog to vacuum?  I have two and neither one likes the sound so they resist using it....other items are OK except the entire first floor is theirs...

These are great suggestions.  LOL on matching floors to pet colors...I often suggest that.

Also, it's often best to avoid very dark floors as this shows dirt and scratches more.  If there is carpeting, try to match and try to avoid very light/very dark, if possible.
