Sun City Grand properties; New clients are always fun!

I always get a little anxious to meet a client for the first time after emails and phone conversations.  Today I was happily surprised.

I have been sending homes to Bob and his wife for over a year now.  They have wanted to live in Sun City Grand for over 10 years. Their home in Minnesota is going to close escrow at the end of the month.  They are even more gracious in person.  I felt like I was meeting with great old friends.

We looked at three Sun City Grand properties and we were done!  They knew exactly what they wanted and had looked thru everything I had sent them. 

Let’s hope their offer is accepted!
