19 years ago when I was young I made the greatest mistake, I mean best decision of my life when I married a beautiful girl from Spain. Long story short, I now speak nearly fluent Andalusian Spanish. I can read fairly well but write at a 5th grade level maybe.

So here is my question. I can assist the Spanish community with home inspections since I can speak Spanish, but is there a need/want for inspection reports to be written in Spanish? Would people be willing to pay more for them since I would have to get it done by a translation agency? Also, it would add about 4 days turn around time to the report, which I think would not be very acceptable. The other option I was considering, is to just have my template translated and give these blank Spanish reports with the official report for reference?

Hablando con mi bruja, mi esposa, y ella crea que gente no pagar mas y es mejor si no lo dar oferta de report en espanol. Que te crea?
