Recently MyTechOpinion traveled to New York to attend the Inman Real Estate Connect. Reggie was asked to speak on the expert panel entitled "Marketing Your Blog". Joel Burslem from Inman and FORUM, got me involved as well by handing me a Flip camera and sending me out to interview the masses! It was a blast! Not to mention a great opportunity to connect with other real estate professionals. Here are a few highlights from our trip!

Somehow I managed to get roped into being interviewed on Good Morning America...in my sweats!

Beers with Bloggers! Dustin Luther, NikNik, Joe Ferrara, Jonathan Washburn

Did you go to Inman NY? If so, what did you enjoy most? Learn something new...tell me about?

Hey Nicole!  That is SO awesome that you got on Good Morning America!  Sweats and all.  The content at Connect was good, but my favorite part was just getting meet people like you face to face.  It is fun to follow someone's blog and then get meet them in person.  Adds a whole new dimension to reading them the next time.

Sara-Inman is great for connecting the online with the offline, not to mention all the info and ideas you come away with. Hope you make it to Inman SF this summer!

Aziz-I don't what it is...I must have a sticker on my head that says "this chick will make you laugh....from making a fool of herself" because this has happened to me more than once! When I went to NAR recently somebody that works for the Ellen Degeneres show was trying to get me and my business partner to dance in the show's opening.

Aziz- Hate to be a downer, but I got the most out of hearing the economists talk about where they thought things were heading.  They were very pessimistic.  However, it was interesting to hear someone talk about the state of things that didn't have a real estate background and was studying the numbers from more an academic angle.  Really opened my eyes to what people were saying on Wall Street.
