Boats

I could not resist this shot, I just loved the way the boats were lined up, and in such a peaceful setting. On the Cape I never seem to run out of  great eye candy.

I know very little about boats, all the boats had a square bottom.   Is there a particular use for them?

I agree that those boats look very idyllic in how they are lined up, makes you want to go for a boat ride.

I don't know anything about boats either but maybe they are for shallow water.

... a small office, delivering big service!

Very nice...they all appear flat don't they but I am sure there is an arc underneath the water for most of them. I am not sure about the uses...except you either fish from one or pull a skier in another!

Nice arrangement of the boats and colorful also. Very appealing. :)

I'm no expert either, but I would think that some of the "edgier" bottoms would be for control & maneuverability, while the square (flat) bottoms might be for stability.

Hi Jennifer, you are right this is a peaceful setting. These are  fishing boats, all tied up in the same spot.
