Blanca, I'm jealous.  I so wish I could speak and write in Spanish.  My adopted son is Pueto Rican and we need to learn the language for him.  On the less personal side, I'm sure it would also help business - Sherry

This is a great idea! You should do all your blogs this way - think of all of those you will benefit that wouldn't if they don't read English.

Sherry, I do think is important to learn another language. If he is really young, he is at the right time to learn.  And it would be good for you guys too as he learns so would you.  How old is your son?

For the less personal side; you don't have to shy away from this market Sherry. I would be more than happy to help you with the translation if you need it.  : )

Dena, I am actually doing right now a series of blogs in Spanish called "What lenders don't want you to know - Tip" .  I want it to be a series of post that hopefully will explain the best way to begin documenting their income, residence, assets and credit in order to make the loan process stress free.  I aim to educate people and let them know that they can too obtain better interest rates and loan terms.   I hope these posts can contribute to make a difference within the Hispanic community!

Nice introduction.  I think these posts will go a long way on Localism.

Thank you Brian, It is still a working process.  I am planning to come back and add more content to each entry of the series on a regular basis.
