It's Never too early to celebrate Oktoberfest ! So grab your Lederhosen & Dirndl and come to party with the Rotray Club of Kihei Wailea , Wailuku & Upcountry Maui at the beautyful King Kameahmeha Golf Club House , Designed by Frank Llyod Wright on Saturday, September 22, 2012 from 5 to 9pm.
The Evening will include authentic German Bavarian cuisine & beverages. a silent auction , live music and plenty of dancing.
No Oktober Celebration would be complete without a great selection of beer , wich will be available along with wine , cocktailes and other beverages at the no-host bar. Eins , Zwei , Suffer " Prost '
The Village Musicians , " Lisa Owens " Da Band Leader & Tuba Player , " Anne Durham " Keyboard & Accordeon , " Jerry Eisenberg " Clarinet Player and " Jimmy Coulter " on da Drums will play authentic oom-pah music in traditial German songs & polkas . All of the musicians are well-known on Maui and perform in many other professional groups , including the Maui Pops Orchestra and the Maui Community Band.

Lederhosen, Dirndls and other Oktoberfest attire are encouraged , but not required . Prizes will be awared fro the most or best dressed , best hat , most out-standing yodel, chicest Chicken Dace and other talents.
Silent auctions items will include gift certificates for local restaurants , hotels , luau and activities , along with jewelry and original artworks by Maui's finest talent.

Executive Chef Eddie Munoz and Master Chef George Thoma from Ebelsbach , District Unterfranken Haßfurt , Bavaria Germany , Living on Maui Hawaii for over 19 Years will make this event to a true success. George Thoma a veteran of German Cuisine has stated , " I am a born as an raised in Bamberg. As Frankonean Chef's we are known great Cooks knowing how to make true German food taste great " As a young Cook , he has worked for Steigenberger Hotels and as he became top chef in the USA in 1994 , he cooked for the Grand Wailea Hotel Maui and for Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City . In New Jersey he has hosted Oktoberfest for up to 8000 People and in Hawaii he has organized the Oktoberfest at the Ihilani Hotel for Samuel Adams Beer Fest.
Our Oktoberfest Schmankerln are: Kalte Platten " Cold Buffet " , will include sliced Meats like Ham , Salami & sliced paprika roast , a variety of cheeses , homemade beer dip with Limburger and Camenbert , Hering Salad, grilled Sausage Musubi & Schitzel Musubi , Of Course , Dills and Spiral Daikon , a Bavarian Specialty and here in Hawaii a Normal Tradition as well, Red Readish with assorted mustards and a selecton of fresh breads & Salted Butter. We have not forgot about , Krautsalat , Red Beet and Potato Salad , with Bacon Chive . Butter Lettuce with a Chef's Ekart Wizigman top secret Munich Dressing. The Hot Schmankerln are : Grilled Nürnberger Bratwürste, Roasted Polnishe and Fränkisch Art prepared Sausages. Bamberger Sauerbraten, Spätzle, Roasted Pork with Bread Dumplings , and of course , Sauted Mahi-Mahi with toasted Almonds and Mushrooms . The Desserts are held very simple , because all you may desire for will be here. Apfelstrudel and Kaiserschmarrent with Eier Liqure Sauce.
