What Do You Do When You're Out of Gas?

We've all run out of gas before. Whether it's with our car or our physical body (includes mental and emotional exhaustion, too, etc.), we've been on "E" (empty) at one time or another. (Maybe you're there right now?)

And one of the main reasons a person runs out of gas is because he/she forgets to take time for a fill up at the gas station. Right? (It doesn't get more complicated than that.)

And sometimes we just drive by the gas station thinking, "I've got enough gas to make it. I can put it off." And then we drive by the next gas station. And the next gas station. And the next gas station. And then it happens. (Cough. Cough. Engine grinding to a stop sound here.) And maybe we don't even have a gas can with us either? (Ouch.)

So what do you do when you're out of gas? Well, of course, you go get some more gas.

But that's really not the point I'm wanting to make here (so much).

There's something else that you need to do (I'm convinced) when you run out of gas that's just as important as getting some more.

That something is this: Make sure you don't run out of gas anymore after this.

What changes can you make to your lifestyle so you don't find yourself on "E" again?

Maybe you need to stop for a fill up more often? (Of course.)
