What sort of paper? You mentioned the ad goes to every resident. Is this a community type paper?
Christine..... I'm thankful we have builders who are building....we have plenty of new inventory to market....
Brian.... we can be assured that the market will change again.....
Doug....this is a local newspaper that is mailed to every home..... this company produces a newspaper in all of the surrounding towns and beyond.....
Barbara- Great ad you've put together. Low inventory is working to seller's advantage in my area as well. If the house is price right, it's GONE fast.
Beth..... it's an insecure feeling to work with such low inventory....but we're very thankful to have the four subdivisions....they're selling....
Hi Barbara. Looks nice!
Thanks, Carol Ann....I hope buyers and sellers like it!!!
Very nice way you keep the Community abreast of what you have to offer. They will know to call your team when they have a Real Estate Need. Thanks for sharing this valuable information with all of us.
Hi Bobbie....thank you for all your nice comments on my posts....
Great ad love the sprinkling of pendings in the mix. Where to you get your expertise from?
Barbara: "Back to Basics" is a very catcy phrase and I'm so glad that print advertising works in your area.
Charles..... trial and error.... pavlov's dog theory....positive reinforcement as I test different methods.... my degree was in biology!!!!
Hella..... I'm glad it does too....
of course as i head out AR comes up for me! What a marketing extravaganza by the Kuney- Todaro team!
Barbara, Your marketing efforts are top notch and your print ad is clear and easy to read. We too are experiencing low inventory, but print ads are costly and we have found they are the least effective for us in our area...
Ginny..... hope your day's a productive one...
Sheila.... I'm fortunate that I have a monthy paper and it's only $750 for the month....I get mileage on that....
You have continually shown that it isn't just an online marketing world Barbara.
Covering the full range of advertising options better serves your clientele.
Hi Steve.... I like to use a variety of methods to market.... by doing that, everyone has the opportunity of viewing what we do.... not all folks are online....
The local paper is once a week and we do ads off and on and different size one's. The LI paper is daily and we do a color ad once a month. We find that buyers don't check the paper but sellers do. Over 90% of the buyers are on the internet so I do much more there.
Hi Margaret..... sellers so look to see who markets where...
Liz..... we market to get more listings....
