Those are beautiful townhomes Allison. But, how do you sell them when the price of singles are so low there?? Is that that much difference in new detached and towns???

Townhomes sell here because the difference in price is about 40%.

In three words....Location, Location, Location. Single family homes are wonderful. I have several new ones listed. Townhomes appeal to a different demographic set. (Professional women, young working couples, and Gen Y set)

They want the convenience and ease of commute to Orlando without the maintenance of laborious yard work. They also want the Community Amenities. This complex for example has Lake Access to East Lake Toho the largest lake in the area. The huge two car garage allows for storage of the water toys. In addition, it is a Gated Community, with Tennis Courts, Community Pool, Fitness Center, and is very close to the new area for shopping called the Loop. It is also 20 minutes to Orlando and the airport. What I loved about this community was the marvelous Mediterranean feel to it- like a village with fabulous Spanish style tiled roofs and pavers in public areas.
