This Housing Market Snapshot Report covers home sales for Covina, La Habra, La Mirada, La Puente, La Habra Heights, Rowland Heights, West Covina and Whittier, California.

This Market Report focus on Single Family Residences, as of today, September 8, 2012.  It does not include condominiums or Multifamily Residences.

Southern California Home Sales

 

Whittier, the largest of the above cities in size and population, typically has more home sales than any of these other area cities, with the highest number of sales at 131 sold homes during the month of August.  West Covina and Covina tied at a distant second with 59 homes sold in each city.

With the exception of La Habra Heights, all of the other cities shown above are in an Extreme Sellers’ Market at this time, meaning that home sellers have the advantage over home buyers in most price ranges.

It’s a great time to be a home seller in this Extreme Sellers’ Market , whether you are in Covina, La Habra, La Mirada, la Puente, La Habra Heights, Rowland Heights, West Covina or Whittier, CA.
