Two single family homes sold in Radiance in August 2012. 

They are-

6026 Discovery St E, Fife WA - 2,234 square feet- 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, $199,000

3130 Destination Ave, Fife WA - 2,364 square feet - 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, $225,000

 

The averages of the two homes sales are-

2,2092 square feet at $90.96 per square foot. Radiance Community sellers received 102.35% of asking price. The Radiance Homes were under contract in 49 days. (what a great market!)

There are currently 13 homes under contract in the Radiance Community and only two listed without contracts. (short sales are quite prevelant in Radiance due to the community being built at the height of the market in 2005/2006).

Based on the number of pending sales Radiance Community (Fife WA) Home Sales are looking up!
