BE A FINANCIAL GENIUS IN 10 YEARS, BUY REAL ESTATE NOW
The old saw about real estate investment is you make money when you buy it, not when you sell it. Timing is everything and now is when you buy to make money. But you are going to have to be a little patient. This is not an overnight scheme, options contracts, or a scheme with a straw buyer. This is the tried and true, buy and hold strategy.
With the hangover of the housing bubble party and eventual burst of the bubble, some have vowed to never drink rather invest in real estate again. Like Warren Buffet says, when others are fearful, it is the time to be greedy. Now is the time to invest.
With inventory at levels that are not meeting the demand of buyers, record low interest rates, and an ever increasing rental prices, the next natural progression is for property prices to increase. If you can invest in real estate now, you will look like a financial genius in 10 years. People at the cocktail parties will be speaking of how you were so smart to gobble up the property at rock bottom prices. You might even be able to make a living on the speaking circuit in 10 years and maybe even have an infomercial.
Just pick up the paper and look where all of the trends are pointing. Granted it will not be roller coaster ride up to the top rather a slow and steady progression. I think everyone will happily take slow and steady because we know how the roller coaster ride ends.
