Paula, thanks for commenting on our post. Yes, I agree coffee rules first thing in the morning. BTW, I'm not always that "religios" about what comes first, the calendar in my head or the coffee. Truth be known it's probably more like 50/50!
P.S. Love the ranch listing and that front porch is to die for!
Paula, That front porch looks so restful and as you said would be perfect for group retreats.
Thank you both. Yes, that porch catches a breeze at all hours of the day and is very delightful indeed. I could sit there for hours. This will take a really specific buyer but with the way land sales are going here lately, I am very confident in this listing. Keeping fingers crossed.
Holy, mollie Paula, what a fantatic listing. I agree that porch/rocker picture is awesome, but your description is just as great. This property calls out for some video history. I would love to know more. This land in the same family since the beginning of TX. That is just amazing. Have fun with this listing, this is historic--you said so.
Paula, is this for real?? I thought those kind of properties are all long sold or owned by corporations, and the 4 houses all parceled off into individual, much smaller pieces of land? I can envision the book in my mind - 4 brothers building these houses on the family land, raising their kids there .... oh boy, I am an author at heart!
This is for real Tanja. The property is so great and so much history associated with it. I just love going out there and see something new each time. You know, everything is bigger in Texas! :)
Paula, that looks like a beautiful property. I do miss those bright blue skies in Texas! Good luck!
The buyers will become part of the area history. Best wishes for a successful transaction.
Have a very special weekend with your camera in hand.
Wow! What a RANCH in MAGNOLIA, TEXAS, Paula McDonald! What fun to hang out on that porch and watch the sunsets or sunrises!
