Do you ever take a bath? You should experience this tub yourself.

On our recent trip to Ruidoso we did a little shopping and I got to take some really cool pictures.

Here is a bath tub that will leave the bathers really wanting to stay for a while.

The cost of the tub will be a little out of reach for me and my meager salary.

A really big bath tub.

This tub was found in a Southwestern decor shop. The total gallons is 155 gallons to fill it.

The cost for this fine hand made copper tub?

It's only $2,795.00

I was thinking of getting two of them till I realized it would take a water heater the size of a pick up just to heat enough water for it.

Have a great evening everyone.

Hi Clint,

Now that is a tub! Can't believe it takes 155 gallons to fill it. We are in stage 1 watering and certainly can be indulging in something like that now! Thanks for the photo!!

Clint, glad you didn't get two of them...that would be too creepy, like the Cialis commercial.

Love the tub, wouldn't mind taking a nice long, warm bubbly soak, (copper tubs keeps the water warm longer than other tubs) but after thinking of the water bill, I just came back to reality!

Morning Clint back before I had my surgery it would have taken only a few gallons of water before my weight would distribute the water you know something like a submarine.

Clint, That would be quite the showpiece in a master bath, but the practicality of filling it would be tough!  There's a catalog place here in northern Kentucky that has a showroom that is filled with grand tubs and sinks and the like that are right in line with the price tag for yours.  It takes a large, special bathroom to have the ability to pull off this type of feature.

Clint, if you can afford the tub you can afford the water! Once bought a home with a Kohler tub that required tandem water heaters. Never used it much! No longer own the home either! Enjoy your day!

I love taking baths.  But, that one looks high - hard to get into and whoa on the # of gallons to fill it up and heat it.

Hi Dorie,

We are a little short of water right now as well. 155 gallons is a lot of water.

I will pray for a little more rain. Maybe it will help.

Have a good day in Austin, Texas.

Hi Mona,

What, LOL how could you....I never thought of that, but now that YOU mentioned it. I'm glad I did'nt get a pair of them.

But they would look nice on a deck in North Carolina.

Have a great day in Dillsboro.

Hello "Dee",

Yep the water bill would make me take a bath about once a month. And what about all the water going into the septic. Ouch.

Have a great day today and thank you for the comment.

Hello Anna,

I bet it could be converted to be a hot tub or a Jacuzzi.

Never know what you can do till you try.

Have a great day in the Phoenix area.

Hi James.

Kinda looks like a submarine HUH?

But the water would make you float now. Too much and you are too small for this tub. LOL

Have a good day in Rogers my friend.

Hi Conrad,

About 120 pounds. No plumbing with it. The drain is in the center of the tub.

Have a great day in Webster, Ma.

Hi Bliz team,

I think it would be the center of attention in any bathroom.

But the price is probably keeping a lot of people from the purchase of one.

Have a good day in Warren county, Ohio.

Hi Wayne,

Two water heaters for one tub. Now that's way too big of a tub. Kinda like this one. Even though it's very nice. The cost would outweigh the pleasure of ownership.

Have a great week in Fort Myers.

Hi Debbie,

Not really it's not too bad, but the cost. You would have to put it in the back yard and build a fire under it to heat the water. LOL

Have a great day in the New Jersey area.

Hi Randy,

Not till the water got cold. How about a heater built in the tub?

Now there's an idea.

Have a good day in Big Rapids my friend.
