Nancy Smith, Pharmacy Direct with Fannin Regional Hospital is offering a stress management course again this year.  The course will start on Thursday, January 24 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the main conference room of the hospital. 

This will be an eight week course and will be held every Thursday evening at the same time above.  The course is free and will only accommodate 20 attendees.  Anyone who is interested should be sure to reserve a seat by contacting Ms. Smith at 706-258-4651.

There were 50 people who attended this course last year and helps people of all ages.  Also people who need anger management.  Don't delay, reserve your seat now.
