 I grew up in Paramus & called it home for 27 years. Paramus will always be "Home" & extra special to me. So I was very excited to visit the Fritz Behnke Historical Museum recently to learn about the town I love.  Located at 330 Paramus Road, Paramus, NJ 07652,  it is open Sundays from 1-5pm.

The Fritz Behnke Historical Museum is open Sundays from 1-5pm.

It is always wonderful when a community collects and remembers its history!  That green stove reminds me of one we had in the kitchen at the very dawning of my own life.  See that little silver looking cylindrical object attached to the upper right side of the oven.  That's how they regulated the oven heat.  I can remember mom baking pies in that ole stove like it was yesterday!
