The pendulum is swinging and the upside is in front of us. We have felt the lift all this year, but in particular through the summer and up to this month.

Sounds like a bit of optimism might be creeping into the real estate picture Larry. Lets hope that the employment numbers get a lot better and the good times may be back soon.
