Virtual Tours

Has anyone had much experience with full screen videos and virtual tours. I have found a great company call open 2 view they are at www.open2view.com. Let me know what you think. I sell 1 to 5 million dollar homes, this is the best yet. They also do the pole shots, different resolutions stills, floor plans etc.

I would be interested who else is out there.

Check out www.obeo.com. These are the best I have seen to date.

Ron - once I discovered RealEstateShows.com by Jeff Turner here on Active Rain I'm spoiled.

It seems ok.

The tour does not seem to flow well and the open2view menu bar is a distraction.

I would agree with linda RealEstateShows are better.

Just my opinion.

There is pro & con to most everything. I had virtual tour for about a year. Some clients liked the tour while others thought they took to much time to watch. I have gone back to the still pictures on MLS. No complaints from clients and no mention of "why do I do not have virtual tour when others do."
