Diane,  The flat screen is a prop.  It is from Props by IDM.  I like the TV's because they come with feet too so you can hang them or sit them on a media stand.  Jo

Yvonne, I have a professional photographer take the photos after every project we do.  I think it is important to complete the job with good photos for MLS.  Jo

Thank you Renee.  The books shelves provided a nice contrast and an easy way to bring additional color to the room.  (I also think area rugs are always a help in brightening a space!)

Stephanie, The presence of "great bones" in unsold homes are what continue to amaze me when it comes to staging.  This is truly a beautiful home but it has been on the market for quite a while.  It just takes the something extra we stagers provide to make the good bones really shine!  Jo
