I Make My Bed In Less Than 60 Seconds

Yes, It's true.  I make my bed in less than 60 seconds every day.

Not only that, but dirty clothes disappear in moments.  At least, they disappear into a hamper.

My morning bathroom ritual has me using several items, including a tooth brush, a shaving razor, tooth paste, shaving cream, shampoo, a comb, at least for a few more years, and other items yet when I am finished there is no sign of these items, unless you open the cabinet door.

Once I eat my breakfast, as well as any other meal, the dishes are not only washed, but dried, and put away.

No I do not have a servant taking care of these things for me and no it does not take much time for me to do these things.

In other words, my house is in market showing condition at almost any time of the day.

And my house is not on the market.

When you are selling your house, it is unacceptable to not have these small chores done immediately after each activity.

Cancelling or postponing an appointment to see your house by a prospective buyer because you did not make your bed may cost you that buyer and add days to your time on the market.

Ron -- a great reminder that so many little things take no extra time at all to keep things looking presentable.

Ron,

It just takes some small changes in habit and anyone can keep their house neat.

Ron,

It sounds like you are good at this.  Maybe you could come by my house and demonstrate how this is done.

Steven,

It really is easy, if one tries, to keep a house neat.

Kathy,

At some time or another everybody cleans their house.  I am just suggesting that they don't wait a month before they do it.  If they make it a part of their daily ritual, it will be very easy.

Karen,

If I came by your house, I would expect it to be neat and clean.
