Canyon Creek NW Austin ~ Always Aware of Preserving Natural Resources

The City of Austin has mandated residents to return to Stage Two watering effective September 2012 (don’t ask me why we were allowed to move to Stage One with no significant rain fall).

Canyon Creek, a master planned community located off highway 620 between Anderson Mill Rd and highway 2222 takes preserving our natural resources seriously.

burn ban

The signs are back up in Trail Head Park (a 57 acre park in the middle of approximately 1,330 home sites) reminding everyone the no smoking or grilling burn ban is back in effect!

There have been many who have questioned the efficiency of the sprinkler system on our main Boulevard and entrances to each section. The Canyon Creek Board has taken action and is evaluating the irrigation evaluationirrigation system to make sure we are not wasting water when the systems are running.

If you’re looking for a community that cares about the environment and their residents then give me a call or check out CanyonCreekNews.com.  I am a known and trusted source for the Canyon Creek’s needs. I have systems in place, references and am a good listener. I would welcome the opportunity to earn your business and exceed your expectations.

Good for you Dorie, and Good for Canyon Creek also.  I really feel bad for the drought situation you are in.  Not fun.

Hi Dorie.  A cigarette burning in a bun is a strange sign.

We had a long drought, but never had to ration water here.
