  • At the end of September 2011 there were 128 detached homes for sale. The number of homes available declined until January 2012, but then the number of homes increased to 140 in May 2012. As you can see, the number has decreased over the past three months to 111 or a 13% decline over the same period in 2011
  • There are an insignificant number of town homes in Manassas 20112 to report on trends




Sold Listings
  • In September 2011 there were 24 detached homes sold. Since a December low of 11 homes sold that number has consistently improved to 41 being sold in August 2012 -a 71% increase over the same period in 2011.

  • Since June of this year detached homes have have sold at approximately 96% of the original list price reflecting the effect of an inventory shortage
