Ping Pong PaddlesSo today's question is,

Do You Play Ping Pong With Your Clients?

No not after the sale in the rec room but in having social conversations using Social Media. If someone engages you about business or personal questions or comments on Facebook, a blog, Twitter, or via text do you keep the ball in play? Too often, similar to not returned phone calls, especially if a question is asked that is important to them, keep the ball in play and keep the conversation going. Don't worry about celebrity STAR REALTORS as competition either.

You just outcare them!!!

Really great analogy. Actually, I've played my fair share of ping pong lately.

Some agents need a refresher course on personal communications.  There is a world beyond the computer.

Have a very special week and do not forget to have your camera in hand to capture the special moments.
