Great stuff Dick ... I'd love to see that expressed in price/sqft to see if values are fluctuating as much as prices.
These are some great stats. The future looks promising and let's hope the Denver area follows suit.

Nice market report. I like to see what is happening in other states. We have very little inventory presently and the demand is still high. So our market price is trending up. I will do my market trend report at the end of the year. I am not yet ready to commit.
