Carla - What a phenomenal opportunity for home buyer or renters who should become home buyers.
Those are amazing prices for homes that look so nice. I hope the clients are coming to you to get those great new homes.
Carla, I keep telling a couple that they are throwing their money away when they could be putting the money on renting toward a home mortgage. I do understand that some people do not have good credit and/or a deposit...but with these low interest rates....I would think they would TRY TRY TRY.
Carla, this is an excellent post and I hope you write several more from different angles about these opportunities. I would love to hear more about the amenities and neighborhoods. People love new construction and the more you can post about it, the more you will hear from clients and prospects. Great post
Hi Michelle -- I remember these types of prices on condos/attached properties in 2008 and they were resale and interest rates were above 6%!

This is a great price point for first time homebuyers Carla! The best to you in getting many qualified buyers under contract for these new homes.
This is a great heads up for buyers, Carla, especially first-time home buyers. Hillsboro New Construction homes under $200,000. It doesn't pay to rent and you are the Realtor® to help them realize their dreams of home ownership. So little inventory and new homes coming on the market. Its a no-brainer.

I have to be reminded that market values are so vastly different in various parts of the country. This price will hardly get us a decent 1 bedroom condo!
