The implementation of the new proposed ineligible area maps are on hold until after Congress completes its work on the legislation. USDA will continue to process loans in Post Falls until further notice and action by Congress.

So hurry up and give me a call. Let's go find your "Zero Down" USDA financed home in Post Falls, ID while we still can!
