Ashburn Rental Market Update for January 18, 2008:

•·        Current rental inventory = 113 homes.

The number of available rental properties increased by 15 since the beginning of the year, however, despite that increase, it is taking only 2 months to rent the average property in Ashburn.

•·        Rental price range for 20147 and 20148 = Low $1,095 - High $2,800.

•·        Number of properties rented or applied for rental = 65.

•·        Current absorption rate or average length of time an Ashburn home stays on the rental market = 1.7 months.  This figure is about the same as it was in early December 2007.
