I would need the help of Providence to move there...It is beyond my budget. However, for those that can afford, it is one nice product to partake in...

Great choice of homes in Providence Springs for buyers to choose from. The location seems to be perfect. Being convenient to Southpark and those other nice subdicisions should be a big draw.

I love the market report on the Providence Springs homes--and only four on the market right now. It must be very competitive.

Providence Springs seems like a very nice community. With 127 homes it's quaint and charming. 20-30 minute commute uptown, sounds very reasonable during rush hour. So that means it's 10 minutes normally. ;-)

WOW! Thanks everyone! This is definitely a destination not to be missed when touring Charlotte homes for sale! I lived in this community for about 6 years and can honestly say there's not another like it in the city. It's neighborly, lots to do nearby and the landscape is meticulous--not to mention the homes are pretty spectacular too!
