The smallest one-bedroom is 600 square feet, and the largest two bedroom is 970 square feet.

Only seven units have sold to date in Auburn Village, and all of these have been one-bedroom units. The minimum list price was $144,900; and this highest list price was $189,000. The average days on the market was 36.
With extremely low condo fees, Auburn Village is known for it's affordable prices, however, the biggest drawback is that the units do not include a washer and dryer, there is a community laundry room. The management is allowing individual unit owners to install a washer and dryer, with the appropriate permits. However, with the square footage, the appliance has nowhere to go except one of the existing closets.
Auburn Village remains a popular community for first-time homebuyers, and investors. It's one of the few condos for sale in Alexandria for less than $250,000, and the location is ultra convenient. It's walking distance to the Potomac Yard Shopping Center and movie theatre, and close to the proposed Potomac Yard metro station.
