I am a long term lover (since my days in South Florida) of great quick Cuban food. In the Miami area many little hole in the wall places exist that have outstanding food at cheap prices.
On the Space Coast we have a few small intimate little places of our own...and a few hole in the wall types as well. I would fit the Cuban Sandwich sort of in between the two. It does have a small sit down area with tables. You order at the counter and they call your name when your food is done. They have daily specials as well as two sizes of Cuban Sandwiches...the smaller one is the normal human size for $6 and the larger size (huge) is $8.
I will cut to the chase...the food is well priced, authentic and delicious. The Cuban Sandwich is one of the better efforts in the Melbourne Florida area and the location (close to Holmes Regional Hospital, Melbourne Airport, Harris, DRS, Northrup-Grumman) makes it an ideal spot for a quick...hot...tasty lunch.
