Thanks for the posting. I am "into" education. I believe that knowledge is power. Our power empowers our customers. However, I must say I gave up on Top Producer due to high monthly costs and moved over to Real Estate Success Tools (REST), buy the license for a low fee and no monthly dues.

Vickie, Thanks for the feedback.  REST is a nice program but it is quite different than Top Producer 7i.  Sure we have monthly fees but there is no program available in the industry today that offers the level of contact management, website & MLS connectivity, listing and closing management, community & school reports, smart phone mobility options, etc.

Agents consistently receive all upgrades free of charge; there are thousands upon thousands of agents paying the same rate for over 5 years now!  We also offer free technical support based in North America that I would stack up against any tech department in the IT industry. Today, there are few products (if any) in the US where the product continues to upgrade and the user does not have to pay one penny more.

Is Top Producer for everyone?  Certainly not; the program is geared toward an agent that wants the most complete real estate solution available.  It's marketed to agents that want the flexibility of an online service and all that an online service has to offer.  Automatic back-ups prevent an agent from having to worry about backing up data themselves.

Top Producer continues to stay on the cutting edge of not only contact management but also real estate marketing solutions like our highly-rated, cost-effective Top Producer Websites, Market Snapshot and Market Builder.

Hi Tim, yes TP is great; however it is not intuitive and very difficult to get familiar with.  I bought TP during the summer and still am not using it, and am considering other options at this point.  Not to mention I can't use the new market reports because of my MLS (Innovia).  I'm not trying to bash you; but TP is difficult and intimidating, especially at a time when one has lots to learn/do besides setting up TP.

    Hi Susie,

I have conducted training sessions in the Asheville-Hendersonville area since I sold you the program over the summer but I have not seen you at any of them.  Granted, I've had three since you purchased but there were probably conflicts with your schedule.  Remember I also offer free one-on-one training for any agent that orders directly through me as well.  You were always able to call or email me to schedule a free session.  I do them all the time.  Also, Ron Armstrong in you Asheville Market Center has also offered training sessions.

I will agree with you that the program can be intimidating and overwhelming since we do have so much to offer within your subscription.  One needs to use the program to see that it is not difficult at all- please give me a call or email to schedule a training session so you can see how easy the program is to use.  I will be in Fletcher, NC in February (we have not scheduled a date yet) for a 3-hour training session as well.

Hey Tim, I did attend Ron's training class ($100), which was very good and very informative.  But to make the best use of the entire data base, more training is needed, but where do I find the time?  I'm aware of your training classes, and took Ron's, but have been doing all the conventions and leave Friday for the CRS Sellabration convention in Honolulu.  Learning all about TP is hard to do because of all the other things involved in starting a RE business.  I may hire a virtual assistant to at least help me get names and addresses in (bought a card scanner, etc.).

By the way, as of this past Wednesday I am now with COLDWELL BANKER in Waynesville.

I'm pedaling as fast as I can, but TP is very overwhelming with everything else on my plate; however, that is not your fault or problem.  Maybe we can have a phone conference during the first week or two in February?  I return from Hawaii on the 3rd.

Susie,I completely understand but I did not want you to forget that I am available for free one-on-one training at your convenience as long as I have the time on my calendar.  You should also be aware that I provide free training on a regular basis at your Coldwell Banker Kasey & Associates office in Asheville (62 Charlotte Street location) every 2-3 months.  My next scheduled date for that office is February 21st (1:00pm-4:00pm).  You would need to contact Malinda Vera Cruz if you wanted to attend that session.

Have a safe trip to Hawaii.

I'll be in Asheville a good bit as I have the CB 6-weeks' program to take when I return from HNL.  Will sign up if I am able.  THANK YOU.
