I am ecstatic over the help I get from the Bank of America social media team. These men and women are a fabulous resource when your short sale gets stuck in the mud. Every single short sale agent should know how to send a Tweet to the social media team at Bank of America. I have lost count of how many times I have relied on them. I bet that Bank of America knows exactly how many times I have sent a Tweet to the social media team. It seems like once a week or so.
But I close a lot of Bank of America short sales. I probably close more short sales with Bank of America over any other kind of short sale. I know how they all work. Especially the Cooperative Short Sales, which are my number one favorite kind of short sale to do because they involve no financials, no hardship letters and no documentation. But sometimes they get stuck. And when they get stuck, that's when the social media team at Bank of America comes to the rescue.

Way to go, Elizabeth .... BOA can have it's challanges, yet we have seen some improvement with this bank versus some of the others... like Wells Fargo, yuck!!
Elizabeth...although BOA has not been fun to work with in the past...I think they have turned the corner and realize how important we are to the process.
I have had to use the BofA twitter helpers a few times. They have always gotten back to me quickly and been helpful.
Afternoon Elizabeth did not know BOA had a twitter but then again I have very few dealing with them. Enjoy the day
Our home is actually a BofA and they responded right away and accepted an offer quickly. It's the second that is CRAZY!
Everybody likes to point fingers at BAnk of America but most of the time it is not Bank of America employees who are causing the problems and delays. It's those third-party vendors. Each of them do the cooperative short sales differently. No two are identical. Don't they have a process format? One of them told me today she cannot give the BPO because it needs to be reviewed first. Well, yes, she CAN give me the BPO, she just refuses to do it, and I can't sell the house without knowing the BPO.
I've enjoyed the Bank of America social media team too. They really are fantastic.
Love them! Have helped me move many "stuck" B of A short sales forward here in the Palm Springs Valley.
