One of my favorite places to visit/walk within the Northern Virginia area is Old Town Manassas. This Saturday, the 15th of September from noon until 7 pm, The Band, Brews and Barbecue Festival will be in full speed ahead mode. This is an event you won't want to miss for several reasons.
There is food, a variety of brews, a local BBQ competition, live entertainment and a variety of vendors. I hope you will take time to check out the web page and learn more.

sounds like a wonderful event. I love street fair type things and my city has them twice a year. I hope to get up your way again sometime in the not too distant future. I have a cousin teaching at Annapolis right now who didn't make down to our last family reunion. If I get that way I'll have to check with you to see what's happening first.
