When did you start your business?
The business has been taken over by me in 2004
What made you want to start your business?
My father started a construction business in Chicago and I grew up learning the trade from him. When we moved to Florida, he opened up shop in Florida and then realized that Sliding Door Repairs is needed here in Florida. Many people were spending too much money on new doors and they didn't need to. So that's what he started focusing on and he has now passed, so I have taken over this business and am very passionate to help people save money. If you had to pick one thing out of your day, what’s the most exciting / favorite?
The most exciting part of my day is being with my family in the evenings. I love spending time with my husband and two babies. That's what I work hard for.
Who is your ideal customer/client?
My ideal customer is someone who wants to save money. Who doesn't? This client will appreciate what we do for them and they can spend their saved money elsewhere when they are curious about Where to replace sliding glass door rollers in Tampa Florida
What do you consider your biggest weakness (business)?
Learning how to better advertise my business to get my name out there in the community
How are you improving on that weakness?
I have been learning about different venues of advertising and really looking into social media which has become a big thing nowadays.
What is your biggest strength (business)?
My biggest strength is talking to people and helping them understand what we do and what we charge. I am very straight forward and I will tell you before we come to the appointment, what will be done, how it will be done and how much the customer will pay. I am very good at that and very good at helping people understand what service they will be getting from us.
What is a favorite thing about working with your customers/clients?
Learning, Learning, Learning! I learn from each person and I love talking and meeting people. It helps me grow as a person and a business woman.
If you had a chance to say one thing to a brand new customer, before they walk in the door, what would it be?
