The ground level units have full basements.

Located Right In The Heart of Smithtown, this community it is very convenient to plenty of shopping, restaurants, the Smithtown Library, the Smithtown Post Office, and the Long Island Railroad. All units include Central Air Conditioning, gas heat, a gas fireplace, and a walk-in closet in the Master Bedroom. Each unit also has an assigned parking space and pets are permitted.

There is no clubhouse or pool at Country View Estates, but you can live a carefree lifestyle, and leave behind the chores of maintaining the lawn and shoveling the snow.
