Two rules about real estate agents...As you say they are not equal. And you get what you pay for!
great post Scott! And you are right about everything you say when choosing a Realtor - Especially one of the leading agents in Manchester, NH! Can't go wrong with Scott!
Gary those are the 2 statements of the day that every potential seller needs to know. 1. ALL agents are not created equal, some are better than others, they will spend more time, have mor epatience and work with you EVERY step of the selling process. and #2 You certainly get what you pay for, hire a discount agent and chances are you are getting discount services which can mean a discounted selling price and limited help and service.
JOHN Thank you for the comment and kind words. Too many home owners rush into listing their homes and 3 months down teh road say "I wish I would have known" Well this is my blog to let them know they can avoid that mistake and choose a great agent from the start.
Scott, excellent post today with great advice to sellers. The questions you suggest are huge because quite frankly, many agents DO NOT answer their phone. Thanks for sharing. Buyers/Sellers in your area would be wise to give you a call.
Good advice for prospective home sellers.
Have a very special weekend with your camera in hand. And, share your photographs in your blogs.
A good article to show why and agent is important. Good Luck,
DAVID thank you for the comments and kind words. Most sellers do not know and learn too late, only if we can reach them first.
ROY Thank you for the comments, beautiful picture as always.
Edward and Celia Thank you for the comments. It sure is important to spread the word.
Scott... I agree with you and your advice to buyers is excellent.
Buying and selling is a complicated process and that's why I would hire you in Manchester, NH. You have years of experience and knowledge and you always do the right thing.
Sooooo true if the homeowner does not choose a good agent the outcome may not be what they expect.
Selling is indeed a stressful event, but when you are the right agent to help it is much easier. A full-time, local professional is always the best bet.
Always someone who knows what they're doing. Not all agents are created equal. Just like buying a car, the customer interviews but the agent should also interview the customer.
Scott - good series and of course, step 1 is the most important .. it could affect the whole selling process.
Scott, Hiring a Full-Time Realtor is the best way to get your house sold. We recently received a call from a potential client who said that she hired an agent who she now found out was only doing this for some extra income and is now searching for a Full-Time Realtor who will focus on her selling goals...
