Welcome Elizabeth!  Kind of a hard time to get started in Real Estate, but you can do it!   Set a goal.   You might like to go to the tropics somewhere and if you set a goal to do it or to do something else, like buying a Porsche or something, write it down so you will be sure to think about it once in awhile.
