Some examples I have heard from folks are: If I go to one person’s website, am I committed to that person? Am I restricting my searches? Will the person call me and call me? Will the person respect the limits I set?
What is my philosophical statement here?
Until a lead is ready to become a true Client, no amount of “convincing” matters. When the lead wants to become a Client, our interactions over the Listingbook platform will have established a connection to ODAT. We are the real estate connection, already known, ready to implement our professional resources to make dreams the Clients'come true.
