What's Wrong With This Picture

By
Home Inspector with National Property Inspections
This is what I call a Bubba Special.  There are so many things wrong here it's hard to know where to start.  One good thing is when the floor starts to sag just a few quick turns on the jack handle and everything is okay again.  Most older homes in the Memphis area don't have a basement.  So if your planning to purchase a home in Shelby County, Tennessee or Desoto County, Mississippi make sure your home inspector checks the crawl space.

This is one of the many reasons that I specialize in vacant land sales.  I hate to market someone's problems.

Eldon, it is going to be a little inconvienient when they need to change a tire:)  Reminds me of a great line by George Clooney in "Oh Brother Where Art Thou?"-----"dumb as a bag of hammers!"

Whats wrong with this picture?? Funny but so sad for the unsuspecting home buyer who doesn't use a quality inspector. Keyword Quality!! Good catch.. I hope your client was glad they hired you..

This falls under the what were they thinking catagory? Certainly wouldn't want to invite my over weight friends over for a party knowing what I did under the house!
