I'll take the Woolworth Estate. A little smaller and probably easier to dust.
Hey, James! I included this post in Last Week's Favorites. Have a great week!
Hi James,
WOW.....I may have to get up to NY and do a walk through, LOL
You've inspired me to do something in my local area. We have a lot of $40 million + listings in the SF Bay Area. What a perfect blog. Great post here BTW!
Absolutely incredible. The thing is, I don't think I'd even want to live like that... it's too much. But an awful lot of fun to look at!
Gretchen
Thank you all for your comments!
James, interesting post. Lebron James (of the Miami Heat) has an estate with a 30,000 sq. ft. home in the Greater Cleveland Area. I would assume it would be in the 8 figures....
James -first of all, I can't imagine what the utilities for them would be!
My goodness! Who lives in these places, and how can I get their jobs? Seriously, I like a big house, but I think those are beautiful but pretty over-the-top. I guess I just can't dream that big, but I don't think they are going to be part of my life. lol
Pretty amazing. Now that the Spelling manse sold (was priced at $150M) in LA this looks like a good deal! Imagine the property taxes.
I think there is a new triplex/penthouse in Manhattan for $100M now.
Are these homes or museums? Unbelievable photos - I couldn't resist clicking on the listings.
Just to remind all AR brokers...when you have a listing priced over $1 Million we will give you a free on-line listing in castlesmag.com. If we get a buyer looking for one of these houses it could be you that gets the referral from us. How does that sound?
