Hi Margaret, Oddly my favorite app is not real estate related. My fav is Flipboard. It is one of the most comprehensiive and entertaining feature on my iPad.

My fav is simiar to yours, it's called MLS Touch (in Southern CAL)...it has pretty much the same thing you're talking about at your fingertips. It's been a lifesaver having all that info out in the field on the fly.

Hi Margaret- I just had this app downloaded on my Droid at the Maryland Real Estate Convention and love it. We can also order one for our clients that has our face and info all over it for a mere $10.00 a month. Best app of this kind I have seen out there. :0)

My favorite is DocuSign because it keeps my clients busy signing the listing paperwork while I wander about to complete my agent visual inspection. When I come back, I find them playing Angry Birds.

Margaret- I have a 20 something buyer who is a smart phone fanatic. She is going to love it. I went to orer and they asked me to choose two different MLS areas IE maryland and Virginia or PA or Delaware. Not sure what 2nd area I want so havent ordere yet. :0)

I recently downloaded this app and I think it's great. I spend a lot of time on my ipad and iPhone. Being able to have mobile access to the MLS is great.
