Anita, Ugh. I always hate it when I see foreclosures going up. Still a low amount though right. That's great.

Good morning Anita,

You do provide an accurate picture of what is going on in Bonaire GA. I hate to see the foreclosures still going up..I know there are rumblings more will hit the market. I feel so insulated here in Austin but I can see the foreclosure era is not a distant past for many.

Hi Anita. It appears that Bonaire, GA may start to see a decrease in foreclosures soon. Buyers do need to hurry if they are looking for bargains in the foreclosure market.

Anita  I liked the way you put links to Bonaire foreclosures as well as other towns in Houston County - they aren't all bunched together, making ot esier for people to zero in on the area they prefer

The foreclosures are sure slowing down in Bonaire GA, ( we just had more released recently in our market).  No doubt, the prices are stablilizing and will once again start to move upward. It's time for buyers to call Anita before the deals disappear.

Thanks so much Ed.

Ginny...the Bonaire Foreclosures account for 8.6% of the overall available properties in this community.

Bobbie...not too alarming yet but I agree...I don't like to see them going up either.

Dorie...we hover between 6-9% depending on the community.

Bill...that is good news for your area.

Jerry...they really do need to hurry if they want one of these properties.

Larry/Sheila...there is a segment of the population that really likes foreclosures so these homes will get plenty of looks.

Joan...I will be happy when/if we get to zero. ;-)

Al/Peggy...my calendar is semi-free to show homes!

Thanks John...sure wish you had some Kirtland AFB folks moving this way.

Karen...a one-stop foreclosure blog. ;-)

Debb...some areas continue to see rises...sure wish it would level out everywhere.

Sharon...I do 6-7 each month for my local residents.  I post on my WP blog first, then change things slightly before posting here and on Trulia.

It is good to see the foreclosure inventory at low levels.  However, investors are still seeking bargains.  You might need to find some estate sale properties for your investors.

Hi Anita,

That's good news for your local real estate market. This seems to be a good time for buyers that are sitting on the fence to take action.

All the best for the rest of the year!
