I have been doing short sales long before the Countrywide debacle…going on nearly twenty years now.
Luckily, for me and for my clients, I have been quite successful. I can count on one hand the number of clients who have not succeeded. And, that is something to brag about.
Why? Because I hold the financial futures of so many clients in my hands. They count on Don Sabinske and Sabinske and Associates to get the job done.
Which means that we need to have a successful outcome to the short sale process. We price to the market, we gather an offer or offers, submit them to the client and then to the servicer.
What that means for our clients is that we know what we are doing and why. We understand that servicers differ on what they expect from us, and we know how to escalate a case and to whom.
When you need expert short sale advice, call us. We will ask that you seek legal advice and also financial advice and then we will go to work for you.
Where can you reach us…just call 763-350-7960, and we will either talk to you today or get right back to you.
You don’t have to do this alone, or with agents or brokers who rarely work with short sales. You can have Sabinske and Associates on your side.

Not my favorite deals and frankly I'd never even heard of them until a few years ago. But when people have a real hardship and need I do everything in my power to make them happen.
Oh and I'll post about Mrs. Brown Casserole tomorrow and maybe even shirley soup too.
That really is an accomplishment. Great work, Don. Short sales are not short and require a lot of time and paperwork. You are a dedicated agent if you can do this so successfully. Anyone faced with a short sale situation, would be wise to call you for your services.
Don, you certainly sound to me like the "go to" guy when it comes to Short Sales!
We pride ourselves on being able to help the client. And, we often get accolades from the buyer's side, too.
Seeking short sales........you must have a LOT of patience. I honestly avoid them when possible.
We have one woman (Jodi) that does short sales in our office - she enjoys helping people escape what is a very ugly situation. I can see you are there for your clients too.
Great job, Don about the local short sale market. I know that you do so many of these successfully!
