Orchids, Longwood Gardens

The orchid display at Longwood Gardens is always available when you visit. You will want to spent hours in the very large conservatory.  There are over 1,100 acres of beautiful gardens to explore and thousands of beautiful plants and flowers waiting to be photographed.

Longwood Gardens is located in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, just west of Wilmington, Delaware.  It is one of our favorite day trip destinations from Gaithersburg, Maryland.

Roy,  Orchids always look fake to me.  They are so vibrant and so perfect, I always think they are fake flowers.  Of course I could never grow anything like this..... well maybe for a day or two.
