Here's a look at the big picture of the Sacramento Real Estate market with these Inventory & Price Per Square Foot graphs for four Sacramento Area's counties since 2001. For the most part we are back to inventory levels of 2004 before the big spike in home prices. Price per square foot growth got to 2001 values but have started coming back up in recent months.

DeeDee, great graphs - and good to know we are getting back to normal. Price/Sq ft is a great indicator of the market as it averages out high-end inventory and smaller homes.
