Belleair Beach is one of 19 municipalities, along with unincorporated Pinellas County, that is giving seniors 65 and over and additional $25k homestead exemption. This is in addition to the existing $25k exemption. To qualify, at least one owner must be 65 or older, and total household income must be $24,214 or less (SS income is not included).
