My favorite place to play golf on Sanibel Island is "The Dunes"  it is a very challenging course with water coming into play on every hole, large deep sand traps and it is very well maintained . There are several tee box  choices to play to every-ones skill ability ! 

The course winds along many ponds and small lakes where you feel like your playing a round of golf at a very special place.

The tennis Program is truly first class, I don,t play tennis personally but I can tell you the pro shop and the services offered will please the beginner all the way to the advance player.

 Most of the homes located here are the elevated construction style, so your view over the golf course is very impressive ! I suggest you view homes with a western exposure overlooking the course at sunset !  The sunsets view through the clouds can be ever changing and are simpling amazing regardless to how many years you have been here enjoying the sunsets !  

Homes for sale are priced from $500,000 to $800,00 and range from 1,700 square feet up to over 4,000 sq. ft. of living area. The floor plans, and home styles are as creative as Sanibel Island is as it's self ! There is a view of the golf course from just about every home many with large screen porches overlooking down the fairway or over the a green or pond.
