Orlando agent says the motor runs so the Air Conditioner is just fine.no air conditioning

Says who? The Orlando Agent?  If the Real Estate Home inspector sees a problem with the air conditioners who cares what the agent thinks?

Big Orlando house, 4 air conditioning units all of them with a technical problem...plus mold in the units.  Could it be that the units have mold because they do not run properly?...sounds possible to me.

I don't care if the cost is more money than the seller expects!

I vote with the home inspector, not the listing agent.  Either fix it, or replace it, but don't try to blow hot air and tell me that since the motor runs the air conditioning units are fine...

Oh, that's too funny . . . in a sad sort of way.  The home inspector was hired to do a job, they did and seemed to have found problems with the A/C.  You don't need A/C in Orlando do you?!?  LOL  Like not having rain gutters on your home in Portland!!  Now the listing agent knows there are problems, so do they think that saying the "motor runs" that they don't have a duty to disclose.  Great your buyers have you for their agent!!  They won't be getting hot on the collar with your services, that's for sure!

Eve, since when is the agent a home inspector?   Thinking they may troubles down the road....    If the sellers were tight on dollars for repairs, maybe they should have had their home inspected upfront to know the costs that could be incurred!
