With home values declining this is a great feature. No credit report required. With credit guidelines getting more restrictive this is nice. No income or assets needed. This makes for easy application. A "skeleton" application is all thats needed....Client still needs to have a clean mortgage payment history which will be shown on the verification of mortgage. These loans can close quickly so the client can enjoy a lower rate & payment ASAP.
